Blueberry pudding

Pour the blueberry soup/juice and agar powder into your camping pot. Light the stove and bring the liquid to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes to allow the agar powder to mix fully.

Turn off the heat and add the fresh/frozen blueberries. Pour the mix into your Light My Fire SnapBox O BIO. Leave to cool (takes 10-20 minutes depending on outside temperature) Decorate with more wild berries and dried wildflowers. Serve.

 
 
Ingredients:

200 ml blueberry soup or blueberry juice
1/2 cup foraged and frozen wild blueberries, bilberries or other wild fruit
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
1/2 tsp edible dried wildflowers
