Grandpa's Halloumi Lemon Burger

Fry the onion lightly and add water. Bring to a boil and add the couscous. Put aside. Chop the tomatoes and olives and add to the couscous. Fry the burgers and roast the lemon slices.

Serve. Enjoy.

Tip!

  • Replace the halloumi with tofu, meat or sausage.

1 yellow onion
1-2 cloves garlic
2 dl water
1-2 dl couscous
200 g halloumi burgers
olive oil ~ 100 g
10 (80 g) sundried tomatoes
1 can (290 g) black olives (130 g drained)
1 lemon
0.75 dl honey
