This is how you do it
"Röra" is what you get when you put a bunch of yummy stuff in a bowl and stir. At least one ingredient should be something creamy, like crème fraiche or mayonnaise.
Chose after your preference:
Cut an X in each potato, wrap them in aluminum foil and place in the heat from the fire. Prepare the dijonaise; mix egg yolk, vinegar and 2 tbsp mustard in a bowl. Drizzle oil into the mix while continuously stirring with a Spork. Add the rest of the mustard.
Chop ingredients and mix. Thinly slice the rye bread and toast over the fire in Grandpa's FireGrill or gridiron.
Serve with potatoes or bread or one of our yummy salads.
