Wild flatbread wrap with extra everything

This is how you do it

Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and keep warm.

Grate the cheese and make a yummy cumin ketchup. Crush the cumin seeds and toast in a pan. Fry the tomato purée and add the lemon juice, honey, bouillon cube and toasted cumin seeds. Leave to cook for a minute. Add salt to your liking.

Thinly shred the point cabbage and fry until soft. Add salt to this as well and to your liking this time too!

Crush the potatoes with a Spork and mix with mustard and grated cheese. Fry or grill the sausage. Heat the flatbreads, preferably over open fire using GrandPa's FireGrill.

Spread the ketchup over the middle part of the flatbread. Add cabbage and mustard potato mash. Add sausage and top with crisp fried onions. Fold to a wrap an enjoy!

Tip!   Replace the Västerbotten Cheese with another kind of strong cheese. Replace the sausage to whatever suits you, like smoked salmon or grilled halloumi.

Replace cumin seeds with curry or anise.


 
 
Ingredients:
4 flatbreads
4-8 thin spicy sausages of high quality. Preferably wild game or lamb sausages.
4-6 potatoes
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2dl Västerbotten Cheese
0,5 point cabbage
1dl tomato purée
1 bouillon cube
Juice from half a lemon
2 tbsp cumin seeds, crushed and toasted
2 tbsp Swedish honey
Salt
Crisp fried onions
