Sourced from an organic farm co-op in Opalaca, Honduras that promotes regenerative agriculture, this gently roasted coffee has notes of citrus, milk chocolate and caramel. It’s roasted in small batches and coarsely ground by Solde Roastery in Sweden to optimize the traditional Nordic brewing method—on the stove or over an open fire.

Ingredients  

70 grams/2.5 oz. of coffee per one liter/4 cups of water

Directions   

  1. Boil water in kettle over a fire or stove.
  2. Remove from heat, add coffee and stir to make sure all of the coffee is wet.
  3. Put lid back on and let it steep for about four-and-a-half minutes.
  4. Stir a few times and put lid back on.
  5. Wait one minute and let grounds sink to the bottom.
  6. Pour coffee slowly into cups and try to avoid getting grounds in the cup (a few won’t matter).
  7. As the coffee cools down it takes on more flavor so you can take your time and enjoy every sip.
