Keep the fire burning with our MayaSticks. Packaged in a burnable paper bag, they’re made from 100% natural Pinus montezumae ethically sourced from Honduras. Easy to light, even when wet, they produce an intense heat output. And they smell great!
The high concentration of natural resin in the wood ensures a long-lasting flame that's perfect for grilling, camping or cozying up by the fireplace. With every refill, you're supporting a business that plants two trees for every stump harvested, provides jobs and education for local communities and reduces overall waste by utilizing leftover stumps.

All-natural tinder, chemical free with up to 80% resin content. Our Fatwood comes from the stumps of a pine tree. These pines are cultivated and do not occupy rain forest areas. They are a non-endangered species, yielding a product that is sustainable, economically viable and environmentally responsible. By making use of the stumps, we are reducing overall waste while creating a sustainable and safe by-product. Verified under the SCS Salvaged Wood & Fiber™ standard for using 100% reclaimed material.

Great for the Car Camping KitI have a car camping kit that never leaves the trunk of my car. I always make sure I have a small bag of MayaSticks in there for starting fires in the woods or in a firepit. No matter how wet it is outside I can get a fire going and it's nice to not have to use chemical-smelling fuel.
Safe to store, lasts forever.
