Swedish Pyttipanna
How to:
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry it. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the meat and fry together. Add the potatoes and let them fry with the rest for a while. Serve with a fried egg per person, and don't forget the pickled beetroot.
Tip! Pyttipanna is a very old Swedish dish that basically consists of potatoes, onions and whatever meat leftovers you can find in your fridge. Add a fried egg and some pickled beetroot and you have it all. Perhaps not the obvious choice for outdoor cooking, but proof that you can cook whatever you feel like in your outdoor kitchen. And that's great fun, isn't it?!
