Wildflower Blueberry Pudding

Ingredients

Serves 2 people

200ml blueberry soup or blueberry juice (make your own using fresh blueberries, or replace with your favourite
fresh fruit juice)

1/2 cup foraged and frozen wild blueberries, bilberries or other wild fruit (or use farmed blueberries)

1/2 tsp agar agar powder (vegan and suitable for coeliacs)

1/2 tsp edible dried wildflowers (available from many online stores)

 

Equipment:

Light My Fire Spork Original Bio x 2

Light My Fire Swedish FireSteel Bio Scout x 1

Gas Camping stove and pot x 1

Spatula

Instructions

How to: 

Pour the blueberry soup/juice and agar powder into your camping pot. Light the stove and bring the liquid to a boil.

Reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes to allow the agar powder to mix fully. Turn off the heat and add the fresh/frozen blueberries.

Pour the mix into your Light My Fire SnapBox O Bios. Leave to cool (takes 10-20 minutes depending on outside temperature)

Decorate with more wild berries and dried wildflowers.
Serve.
