Shrimps and Mango


Serves 2 people

 Ingredients Shrimps and mango:  
1 mango  
1 avocado  
1 tin of peeled shrimps  
Ingredients dressing:  
5 cl / 3–4 tbsp sweet chili sauce  
Juice of 1 lemon  
1 tbsp olive oil  
1 tsp dried coriander 


How to:

Cut the fruit into thin slices or small pieces and place it in bowls, one per person. Put the shrimps on top. Mix the dressing and pour it over the fruit and shrimps. 

Tip!  This is as simple as it gets. It is a perfect starter for the first day of summer paddling. The shrimps will last a bit longer in chilly autumn weather, where this can easily be a little dish for day 2 or 3.
