Serves 2 people
1 apple per person
Lots of butter
2-3 tbsp sugar. White will do, but brown adds extra flavor
Vanilla sauce (whip cream could be an alternative)
Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Melt the butter. Add the apple pieces, and dust with sugar and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are really soft. Serve with some ready-made cold vanilla sauce or whip cream. Yummy!
