Rolling On The River


Serves 4 people

2 flatbreads 
1 package cream cheese 
1 package smoked salmon 
3-5cm (40g) horseradish 
1 red onion


How to:

Spread plenty of cream cheese over two flatbreads, divide the salmon on each one, then grate horseradish on top. Roll up and cut each roll into 5-6 evenly sized pieces. Set them on their side and top with finely chopped red onion. 



  • Bring vacuum packed salmon. 
  • If in season, you can also try topping the rolls with spruce tips.
