How to:
Spread plenty of cream cheese over two flatbreads, divide the salmon on each one, then grate horseradish on top. Roll up and cut each roll into 5-6 evenly sized pieces. Set them on their side and top with finely chopped red onion.
Tip!
- Bring vacuum packed salmon.
- If in season, you can also try topping the rolls with spruce tips.
